This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Gopher Tech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you access or use the SIGINT.WORLD website at sigint.world (the “Site”), the SIGINT.WORLD mixed reality application (the “Application”), and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Email Address: When you sign up for updates, newsletters, or pre-order notifications via our email signup forms.
- Payment Information: When you place a pre-order, payment details (credit/debit card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. We receive a transaction record including your email, amount paid, and a unique pre-order code.
- Communications: If you contact us via email (e.g., legal@sigint.world or support channels), we retain the content of your communications.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, scroll depth, click interactions, referral sources, and navigation patterns.
- Analytics Data: We use Amplitude to collect behavioral analytics including page views, feature interactions, video engagement metrics, and conversion events. Amplitude may assign a device identifier or use cookies to track sessions.
- Location Data (Application): When using the Application, we collect precise GPS/geolocation data necessary for the location-based mixed reality experience. This data is collected only while the Application is actively in use.
- Camera and Sensor Data (Application): The Application uses your device’s cameras, depth sensors, and motion sensors to render mixed reality content. Camera feeds are processed locally on your device. We may collect anonymized spatial mapping data to improve the Service.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Payment Processor (Stripe): Transaction confirmations, payment status, and associated metadata.
- Email Service (Mailchimp): Email engagement data including open rates and click-through rates.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including processing pre-orders and delivering pre-order codes.
